The Tuscany Falls courses at PebbleCreek showcase dramatic mounding, rolling fairways, and strategically placed bunkers over 36 holes. Their beautiful practice facilities and expansive ballroom and event facilities are ideal for our CAGD tournaments.

Important Registration & Payment Information

• To play in any tournament all entries must be a current member of CAGD before entering into a tournament. If a person is not a member, the entry form will not be considered for the tournament.
• Entries will be accepted via regular US mail.
• Mail your entry form and ONE check for the full amount of the two-person entry, payable to CAGD.
• Entries received prior to the first day of the Registration Period will be DISCARDED.
• Make sure we receive your entry during the Registration Period. All entries will be processed after the last day of Registration.
• If at the end of the Registration Period, we have received more entries than spots available, a random drawing will determine which teams are placed on the waiting list.

How to become a Member

Members not associated with a club that submits members automatically, use this form to join CAGD. The annual fee is $8. Mail the form and check to the Membership Chair noted on the form.
